Position Summary
Based within the Grants Unit, the Project Officer supports the Grants Managers across various grants and projects designed to contribute to a world where every person living with HIV enjoys their right to a healthy and dignified life, free from stigma and discrimination. The Grants unit focuses on participatory grant making with PLHIV and Key Population-led networks and organizations to have sustained political and financial support to continue leading the HIV response and contributing to other movements.
Working closely with the GNP+ Finance Department to develop and monitor budgets and donor compliance, the Project Officer is a key player in working with partners and delivering reports for in-house use and for donor requirements. Further, the Project Officer provides information to and engages with the GNP+ Advocacy, Communications and Partnership department to ensure the work of global, regional and national PLHIV and Key Population-led organizations is elevated within the work of the organization.

- Actively engages and develops resource mobilization to sustain specific projects and grow the organization
Donor Relations
- Ensures there is compliance with donor requirements in project implantation of partners
- Supports relations with donor programmatic and financial focal points
- When required, supports with donor management
